The location was a mix of both good and bad as it was close to the town center and river but not in the historic center as expected. The service was friendly and professional, yet a bit strict on requests like payment policies. The dining experience was okay but lacked variety, and the breakfast was awaiting us every morning. I stayed at this hotel on the 12th floor that offered a lovely view of the city with the Douro River in the background. The location is convenient, close to a shopping mall and market complex, but about a 15-20 minute walk from Porto center. The staff provided excellent service and were very courteous and helpful.
